Company Stores and Eligibility

Many areas of the Website are private company stores made available to employees or members of a sponsoring organization. Access to a company store may be limited to individuals that the sponsoring organization has authorized, and pricing, product availability, and payment terms within a store are set in agreement with that organization.

The Website is offered for use by businesses and individuals aged 16 or older. By using the Website you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@heussstores.com of any unauthorized access or use. We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated these Terms.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
• Prices shown within a company store reflect the arrangement with the sponsoring organization and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Where pricing or product information is displayed in error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or adjust any affected order, even after it has been submitted.
• Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Custom and Decorated Products

Many items sold through the Website are printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized to order. Because these items are produced specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged except where the item is defective or does not match the approved order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, spelling, sizes, quantities, and any proof you approve. Production begins after approval, and changes may not be possible once production has started. Slight variations in color, placement, and material are inherent to printing and decoration processes and are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Logos, marks, and artwork belonging to a sponsoring organization remain the property of that organization. By submitting artwork to us you represent that you have the right to use it and to authorize us to reproduce it on the products you order.

• To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
