Access to a company store may be limited to individuals that the sponsoring organization has authorized, and pricing, product availability, and payment terms within a store are set in agreement with that organization.
The Website is offered for use by businesses and individuals aged 16 or older. By using the Website you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@heussstores.com of any unauthorized access or use. We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated these Terms.
Many items sold through the Website are printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized to order. Because these items are produced specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged except where the item is defective or does not match the approved order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, spelling, sizes, quantities, and any proof you approve. Production begins after approval, and changes may not be possible once production has started. Slight variations in color, placement, and material are inherent to printing and decoration processes and are not considered defects.
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Website only for its intended purpose and may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material on it without our prior written consent.
Logos, marks, and artwork belonging to a sponsoring organization remain the property of that organization. By submitting artwork to us you represent that you have the right to use it and to authorize us to reproduce it on the products you order.
